The main site is working but is's not possible to see any subpages... and to download any file...
Not mentioning opesubtitles API also does not work... so I can't download new subtitles via Zidoo too.

Opensubtitles.ORG moved to opensubtitles.COM early last year. On the older boxes their last update fixed the problem.

My z9x Pro doesn't seem to match new movies either this week. I thought I had one problematic title at first, but today a second one won't match.

Also see these in the forum for the new devices, same problem: http://forum.zidoo.tv/index.php?threads/zidoo-tmdb-server-down.100241/

Give me the name of one of your movie files that you can't download the subtitle. The actual name of the file itself and I'll try to download it here in Sydney.

Hi, The name of The movie is:

    Black.Panther.2018.2160p.UHD.BluRay.TrueHD.Atmos.7.1.HEVC.REMUX-FraMeSToR

I'm from Portugal, could that be why the subtitle download doesn't work!?

Quite possibly Portuguese subs don’t exist but I doubt that as it is a popular title.
I suggest you rename the file to Black.Panther.2018.2160p.MKV
Possibly all the other rubbish in the name can confuse the search.

unfortunately I have already tested it this way, I renamed the movie again with the correct name but it didn't work, I have the latest version of the firmware V1.0.95 and I also updated the HT5 app

I presume your Zidoo is set up for your language. I made a dummy file of Black Panther and it downloaded a number of English subs OK - so may be it is a language problem with Zidoo. At least you can run an external sub OK, that's what I do anyway and generally convert srt to .arm as I think they look nicer!!
