    Hi,
my original Zidoo IR remote control has stopped working with zidoo x5, but it works well with tv.
    On my part,
    - I installed fresh batteries in the IR remote control,
    - I enabled the remote in setting
    but it doesn't work.
    How i can fix it?

    Many thanks in advance.

    Can anyone help me?
I have a valid guarantee and I purchased a product that doesn't work properly, so I need support about that!
There are anyone of the Zidoo tech support that can help me and explain how guarantee works?

Can you control it by mouse?
Did you do something unusual to box before the remote control failed? like flash it?

Yes I can control it by mouse and by smartphone, but with remote contol i can't. I can use it only with tv.
I didn't do anythink of unusual to box, normal using of it.

    Where are you buy from?
Try to ask the reseller to ship a new remoter to you.

I bought it on ZidooDirect EU Amazon.
I think that the problem is form the device, because the buttons that control the tv (set, av/tv, power, vol+,vol-) work with the TV!

I guess the IR receiver has broken in the course of transit.

Yes, if you have a valid warranty contact the seller and ask for a new device.
