Ir Problems with Zidoo X5

Hi,
my original Zidoo IR remote control has suddenly stopped working with zidoo x5,

i bought another one but still nothing.

i did a reset of the device but still nothing.

what can i do?

 

it's not about remote but Zidoo internal IR failure.

You'd better return via Amazon then if needed.. Or just buy an air mouse that works flawlessly!

 

i have that. but i can't turn on the device! it's the only problem. you know a workaround?

 

uhm.. i do have an air mouse with IR led too.
I did matched the power button with the Zidoo remote.
Sice then I do not use it anymore.
I never switched off Ziddo since install behind TV (It's my tech-home core with tasker, IFTTT and so on..)
I do NOT know if it works anymore or not (the IR receiver) and won't even try
