Hi guys, I would like to ask the Zidoo x9s owners a question.
With this box you can view the status bar / notification bar?

nope, why?!? it's android box not smartphone

 

Many want to run APP´s designed for smartphones on their media boxes. Reason: there are infinite more APP`s for phones than for Android TV.
Even TV streaming services often are made specifically for smartphones and it is a frustration they won´t run on a media streamer box (big screen views).

 

There are also a lot of apps that are designed for Android tablets and TV boxes working very well.

Too bad that even in the x9s there is no way to display the status bar / notification bar

 

you can click and drag at the top of the screen with a mouse, it will extend

Specifically the video/audio live playback often does not work when APP´s are designed for smartphones. No idea why? I am not an Android wizard.

 

Will try that one. Was not even aware. Available on all FW´s or just on Android 6?
