I have a problem with turning down the volume using the remote on my Z8

Hello everyone, this is my first post on the forum. When I want to turn the volume down a bit using the remote and press the "-" button several times, it often happens that one press lowers the volume, but the next ones increase it instead. Has anyone encountered this kind of problem?

No, I don’t have the issue you mentioned. Perhaps check and vary the Z10 volume setting via the control app to see if it helps solve the issue.

The problem occurs only when turning down the volume using the remote.

Sometimes I experience that as well.
I am not on the last firmware version, though... maybe the issue has been solved there...?

I'm on the latest firmware, which by the way is from early 2023, and this happens to me literally every day. I listen to music from Tidal in the evenings in exclusive mode, so loudness normalization has to be turned off, and it often happens that the next track is too loud. When I try to turn it down, I actually turn it up instead and wake my wife - it's super annoying

Have you checked with your Eversolo distributor if the remote is defective ?

No, the z8 is already out of warranty. The remote is in perfect condition. The problem occurs when lowering the volume with single button presses; it probably doesn't happen when you press and hold the button.
