Eversolo A6 problem. After the new update 1.4.60, the streamer does not show icons that are dynamic even in static mode. Before that, of course, the A6 never played dynamic icons in moving mode on the streamer display, but only showed them in static mode. Only the app can do that. It would be great if Eversolo fixed it and implemented dynamic mode on the streamer display as well, not just in the app.
I confirm your experience and mentioned that in the thread related to the latest firmware update. But just the same as here, nobody answered, nobody cared.
I received the new update 1.5.60 and I was curious if this bug had been fixed, but friends, I'll disappoint you, it hasn't been yet. Never mind, I'll wait, maybe we'll see it in a future update.
Since update yesterday v1.5.46 my screen has horizontal lines across the screen. Tried factory reset but still present. Any help welcome.
Yeah ok/ Sounds good anyways, Honestly very sorry to see this, I’m no Expert by any means, but I believe that appears to be a hardware internal device issue as I always state I could be wrong, but I absolutely do not believe has anything to do with the OS system unfortunately, best of luck to you on that seriously,E-Mail customer service, unfortunately, that’s about your only option, Perhaps if you perform a factory reset it just might rectify this problem yes absolutely an inconvenience but it’s definitely worth a try. I have just formed factory reset on a DMP A8, so far very good outcome or results , however, this particular problem was more OS or operating system Related due to the last update of 1.5.62. It may just work you never know until you factory reset everything again to me this appears or seems to me an internal related issue within the device itself, idk it’s worth a try in my personal opinion, Please have a wonderful weekend
Hi there. You can message me or send email to service@eversolo.com When it's clear that there's a hardware issue, please contact the seller of your device or the agent in your region for a repair. As I know, this issue is due to the front panel or display cable malfunction. Tips for a quick troubleshooting: Use your Eversolo Control app, enter the Screen mode. If the interface on your phone is fine, the front panel has something wrong.
I have the same horizontal line issue as posted above. It started after one of the recent FW updates. Turning down the screen brightness helps a lot but lines still visible. I'll try the troubleshooting tip posted above, but, personally, I think it's firmware related.
Hello everyone, Re /Eversolo R & D , team,. it certainly appears these occurrences along with numerous others are most definitely developing into a Quite Common and rapidly growing inconvenience, hindrance, and other obstacles, up to including myself DMP A8, I’m quite aware of attention of time, effort, dedication and development put fourth into latest improvements from Eversolo, however these updates are absolutely not performing and operating correctly in succession, I don’t believe anyone would be in favor of operational malfunctions ect, in favor of updates, upgrades. Perhaps let’s concentrate and focus on updating or upgrading in rectifying these unfortunate overall outcomes currently standing after these current changes in overall performance and operational in efficiencies , however I am well versed on Curricula often changes to slowly, in keeping up with industry demands , ever changing technical standards , but absolutely does not equate to a strong and effective analytical capacity, and often undermines over all performance in complete and somewhat of total fail in the OS systems outcome, however much thanks to the Eversolo team, again may leave me with overall thought and opinion that it may be the absolute betterment within future interest to commence exploring other alternatives for use of, along with a few current participants in personal view , speaking within my current thoughts , one must know when he has certainly reached Beyond his limitations and expectations , beliefs and opinions Only, I remain respectfully yours in consideration of above Concerns in context, Thank you ,Zidoo -Eversolo .Please have a great day everyone ……
Hi. Today I just updated to the new version 1.5.70 and the problem is solved, but only 50%. The dynamically changing icons in Tidal are now displayed on the streamer, but they do not change dynamically. They remained static, as they were in the past. I was waiting, but that we would move a little higher and the dynamic icons would also change on the streamer display. Eversolo, it is really so difficult to program so that the dynamic icons change in the Tidal service and on the display of our streamers and not just in the app. Please, consider this adjustment and fix it to perfection. It would be nice and visually your streamers would move higher from the competition. Please consider it. Thank you.
It may, or may not, be "so difficult", so please do not start arguing into matter that do not pertain to you (unless you are an experienced Android developer). Be polite, explain your problem, and do not, please, do not act like everything is due. People at Eversolo have soooo many things to tackle with, that a mere icon behavior is not the very priority.
