That’s odd - can you give me a list of say 10
Movies that do this and I’ll try a dummy library of those titles when I get back..

@Markswift2003 The "Display poster for unconnected devices" toggle option no longer works properly. They fixed it in the update before last, and it was working great till the most recent update. Now, anytime one of my hard drives goes to sleep and I try to scroll through my library, it has to redo the poster image cache every single time. This happens even after watching a 30-minute episode of something. Before this last update, the switch was working great, like it's supposed to.

I'll need filenames so I can check exactly like for like. Can be MKV, ISO or BDMV.

It works fine for me, and I'm delighted with this feature because I have about twenty disks, and without a server, it's everything I could have hoped for.
I'm definitely using the latest version.

I don't usually have "Display poster for unconnected devices" switched on, and my NAS boxes do sleep after a period of inactivity. So with that option switched OFF and the NAS boxes alseep if I open HT, it's blank - as if there are no sources as expected.

However, accessing HT wakes the NAS drives up (there are 9 sources over 7 NAS drives) and the postwerwall is immediately populated from cache - no repopulation needed.

So I switched on "Display poster for unconnected devices" and unplugged the ethernet cable, and all posters still showed fine with no repopulation.

I then soft and hard rebooted the box, with that option still ON and again, all posters are present and correct with no repopulation required.

So I don't see any difference in behaviour in v5.0.68 compared to the last one.

I'll leave the switch on and wait for the NAS drives to sleep again, and see if that makes a difference, but from the results above I doubt it.

I've found a problem with the movie Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984). It's listed in the file manager, but not in HT5 or the HT5 file manager. It also doesn't show up as an image in HT5. So either my Zidoo doesn't like this movie and therefore won't show it, or something else is wrong.
I also played it directly from the file system, and I noticed that the sound of movies played in the file system is louder than movies played in HT5. Can the sound be turned up in HT5?

By the way, I'm missing some more movies in HT5, which are actually in the file system. They're also not in the unmatched section. Any ideas?

    Hello,

I'm new user of Z9X 8K, i only use this boxe for full BD/4K/3D bluray with menu.
I have one question about HT 5.0.68:
Is the a way to hide unwatched category on home screen of HT5 ?
    Many thank's.

Use version v5.0.68 to clear the data and rescan, or restore using backup data from a previous beta version.

It can be replaced by "Watching".
HT Settings - Poster View - Main interface style: custom layout
    Then tick the "Watching"

Hey, what's the format of this file? BDMV or something else?

The matching system may fails sometimes when you match, delete and rematch the file.
Workaround for mkv and other standard formats:
    1) Make sure to select TMDB.
    2) Try to find the movie from a shorter name in the list, like "Indiana Jones".
    3) If you don't find it in the "unmatched" group, it's under another name. Search it in the posterwall otherwise, change the movie name in file manager and try to find and rematch it again.

Thank you for your answer, but I have already used the standard solutions: updated versions, backups, etc.

Thank you for your answer, but the film doesn't appear in the HT5 file manager. I can't do anything in the "normal" file manager to get it to appear in HT5.

The file format is both MKV and UHD Blu-ray ISO. Since I couldn't find one, I added the other to see if that would make a difference.
I've already noticed that if you have two different versions of the same film, they're both in HT5.
