HT5 v5.0.68 Beta Version (UPDATED)

I really love this dynamic backround. But should i clear all cache just in case because alot of movies dont have it.

 

Not all videos have it, only some have it

I like them. It makes more lively and they try new things.
Good people can switch it off.

If they wouldn't have added this people would have said...they never change the appearance.

 

On the topic of ratings not appearing, has there been any progress on the issue of Rotten Tomatoes scores not showing for some movies?

Have noticed more and more newer mainstream movies with no RT scores in HT5 even with the latest firmware update. Ballerina for example.

On the occasion of the release of this new HT update I wanted to report abnormal behavior of the soundtracks of the films that I had already reported previously but nobody had answered me: When I open the window details of the films from the wall of the poster, the soundtrack is reproduced correctly after 3 seconds based on the approach in "preferences". But if, for example, I open the extensive window of the film plot or the cast windows or that of the detailed information of the file, the soundtrack stops and is no longer reproduced. To reproduce the soundtrack again, I must necessarily get out of the window details of the films and reopen it again. In this way the reproduction begins after 3 seconds as set.

It would be better if the soundtrack was reproduced without interruption and stopped only when you leave the film details of the film. Is it possible to make this change/correction? Thank you.

@Zidoo Support-Kim , this seems like a good idea - continue the soundtrack from the Details Page when Cast Details or Info Screen are opened and only stop the soundtrack when the Details Page is closed.

Updated to 5.0.42 and it hasnt fixed my issues with imdb ratings unless I need to start from scratch for the 15th time

 

Can you try to update the source?

 

I had mine on "Source Own Score" when I updated. Then switched to IMDB and it all repopulated with IMDB scores.

 

I will try switching again and back but that is what keeps on leading to corruption of my wall. Just updating the source didnt work btw

 

I went to Preferences/Display Rating and switched there - maybe if yours is already on IMDB, if you switch to "Source own score", wait for it to finish and then switch back?

Because your database is already set to IMDB I can see why this would happen.

 

Thats what i have been doing, Mark. Tried again and no rating will show up unless I do a long press and refresh metadata. At least it seems like nothing got corrupted this time. Suppose i should try clearing data and new source again to see what it does
