Greetings, I have movies that are Part 1 and Part 2 or English version Spanish version per the following convention: MovieName.(1#BluRay) MovieName.(2#DVD) Now the files are separate in HT posterwall instead of being able to choose the version under a single poster. Is this no longer supported with the new AML chip?
Here are a couple of examples of my library: 2 versions of 2012 which used to automatically be nested inside one poster and the forced versions (Part 1 and Part 2 which are in reverse order in the poster wall. I hope this formats correctly. These were correctly displayed in the Z10, but do not in the Z3000.
Well I gotta tell you I haven't got a bloody clue!! I just tried Jack Snyder (didn't want to use 2012 because I already have that as a single movie) and guess what...
Mark, about Justice League I have both the Zack Snyder version and the previous version of 2017 and I would like to find a way to combine them both under a single poster. I have already joined the two parts of the SNYder version in a single MKV file. Both movies are MKV 1080p. Can you give me an idea of how I can rename both files?
They need a common name, so you can't use "Jack Snyder's Justice League" and "Justice League" so I would do something like: Justice League.(1#Original).mkv Justice League.(2#Jack Snyder).mkv
Operation performed perfectly! I renamed the files in this way: Justice League. (1#Joss Whedon) Justice League. (2#Zack Snyder) And the result is how I wanted it. Thanks again for the advice!
If I use a file suffix eg (1#Extended) at the end of a movie title it will only show up in the movie details if I have a second version of the movie eg (2#Directors Cut). I have a number of single movies where I would like to have the suffix show up in details to remind me what version I have. Is there any way a single entry can be shown and if not could it be considered for future updates?
That's correct - If there's only one version, a version box is a bit pointless. Just edit the movie title in the web interface to say "MovieName (Extended Version)" If you don't want to edit the title, edit the synopsis.
