This is an update to the recently released patch to HT5 for the TMDB scraping issues we've been having.

Changelog:
1. Optimized poster wall matching accuracy
2 Optimized trailer retrieval for poster wall
3. Added dynamic background feature to poster wall
4. Fixed the occasional crash issue

I have noticed since I updated HT5, the movie posters load is a lot slower than before, like it was in earlier versions. Is it just me?

 

just updated mine, working all ok, no slow downs, trailers loading pretty much instantly. Give it some time for the posters to cache, reboot and recheck.

Would it be possible to correct the background poster, before the poster took the entire wallpaper and now there is a large gradient of black.

Trying to download file for Z2000 pro , but is getting a virus warning? Why??

 

false positive - not to worry. People encountered this issue on windows 11.
On my windows 10 it was fine.

 

Well! My pc is Windows 10, and one way to get the apk, is to disable virus protection.

The system is still crashing. Reinstall v1.0.95_G to roll back the update.

 

Still can't retrieve TV shows posters and info. I just searching by TV name only (no series or episode in the file name).

 

Bug: the title up the cover is disappeared in tv show

 

Once installed the patch, wait for a while until Zidoo retrieves the media info. Next time it will load on the fly.

 

So should this be the only patch put in? Or should I do the first patch and then apply this afterwards?

 

The latest version is enough.

 

Just applied it and it works great, seems much faster now looking up movies. As I said in another thread continuous improvement is a great thing. Renewed my confidence in Zidoo as well !

 

Bug: subtitles position don't work.

I have set the 'position' in 'subtitles setting' but the subtitles are always in same position (0).

Working only if you don't touch anything. If you pause/play or fast forward/rewind the position it's reset to original (0).

This bug Is else in last old version.
