This is an update to the recently released patch to HT5 for the TMDB scraping issues we've been having.

I an still on 1.0.75 with HT4 for my UHD5000. Will this patch work for me?

 

Blimey! Don't know if I'm absolutely honest.

Probably, but if it was me, I think I'd update to the latest firmware first - you're missing a lot of fixes at v1.075 - that's over a year old.

Online trailers are back

 

Sounds good! I'm going to do a factory reset and install fresh and rescan my movie folder, will report back later tonight, hopefully the slow scrolling is fixed on this one.

 

I'm also on 1.0.75. (... 0.95 - jerky/choppy playback). It works.

 

Updated z2000 pro running 1.0.95 today. HT5 update worked fine. Cheers

EDIT: page scrolling is smooth now and trailers are also working. Media info all loading too, it’s all sorted now.

when i tried it via media manager, i got an app not installed error

i also tried it via APK installer, it said installed, but when i lunched the app, i still can't get TMDB to match the new movie i added

 

If you tried to install the one on this thread it's the wrong one if you have a Z9X.

Is the path information working for you - if you have a movie or series open in detail, the path of the file is at the bottom.

Especially with series, if you then switch a little left/right between the episodes, the path at the bottom remains incorrect.

For example, I have selected episode 7 - but the path at the bottom still shows episode 2.

It's not like that straight away, only when you switch back and forth between the episodes.

 

Hello, I have a UHD 5000 on 1.0.75 with HT4, installed the HT5 patch and so far it works great even with trailers and the wall loading is a little faster.

With .40 the path on screen is wrong for tv show episodes.
(same problem with .42)


what is "slip the detail at overspread interface" option in HT5?

bug: Stop auto scroll the long plot

 

I confirm this new bug. In the movie detail window, Autoscroll in the synopsis box does not work anymore when the plot length exceeds the box area. Selecting the synopsis box to enlarge to fullscreen though, the long plot is still either entirely visible or manually scrollable by the remote down/up arrow keys.

 

I confirm also this bug on .40 update. The pathname for the TV Show Episodes is randomly shown wrong (stuck on the same episode when selecting through episodes tabs). The same issue occurs for a movie with more file types (e.g. 1080p and 4K), when selecting a label tab for a certain type, the pathname shown is stuck on the other file type.
