H6 Pro cannot play some of the UHD Movie

Just bought the set and to my disappointment, it cannot play some of my UHD movie with YUV 4.2.0 either 10Bit or 8 bit. When play nothing come out just blank screen and crash

Please fix it

 

mine is on New firmware v1.0.11 version. Please fix it, really disappointed

 

UHD movie that cannot be play are John.Wick.Chapter.2.2017.2160p.UHD.BluRay.x265-TERMiNAL, The Fate of the Furious 2017 2160p BluRay REMUX HEVC DTS-X 7.1-FGT

please note that
ZIDOO_H6_Pro_20171020_v1.0.12_t1_eng_ota.zip make the screen flicker every 3 seconds.. There is a pink flash every 3 seconds

I hope they solve it. It seems that everyone that bought this h6 pro will have the same problem.

 

If they do not solve this problem, the h6 pro is as good as a dead product

 

Who the world would want to buy a uhd 10bit media player that cannot play most of the uhd files..
