Yes the stutter is gone. I downloaded the update through the app option. Initially my DMP-A6 Master Edition was not recognised by the app and it could not be set up in Qobuz for Qobuz Connect either. No response. Switching off at the rear of the Eversolo for a minute or so resolved the issue. I just mention it for anybody who might experience similar. This was before I subsequently updated the app itself. Everything is working fine now. Thanks to all concerned at Eversolo. I notice that the Album covers are missing beside each song in a Playlist now. I found that useful and would like to have it back if possible please. I personally have a preference for Eversolo's player rather than Qobuz Connect from a sound aspect.
Interesting. I was under the impression that the music should technically sound better with Connect instead of the Eversolo software running things. Can you describe what you hear better or worse?
Hello there. Could you please tell me the model of your streamer, and the output configuration it has?
Hi there. I confirmed that the internal Qobuz doesn't support the multichannel version. Thx for your patience.
What is the current software version available now? I am having an issue where songs will sometimes start 3 seconds or so into the song vs right at the beginning.
I've been listening to Qobuz via the Eversolo app since yesterday. The connection keeps breaking and I really like the sound. I suspect it's not the Qobuz app's fault. Eversolo is still having problems implementing it.
Hi there. The latest firmware versions are: v1.2.32 for iOS, v1.4.82 for Android. What's the version on your streamer?
Thanks for your feedback, is it possible to record a video of it? Thanks. Also, just to confirm, what's the firmware version on it?
Current version is v1.4.82. Seems to only do it on Qobuz connect. When playing music through my NAS it works great and without issue.
Got. Can you also provide the name of songs have the issue while playing(just when you meet and remember)? Thank you.
Got it. Could you please capture the log and send it to me when the issue occurs? Many thanks Here are the steps: 1. Preparation Download the tool: http://apidl.zidoo.tv/app/RKDebugTool_DMP-A6.apk (also available for A8/A10/play) Prepare a USB drive or use the built-in M.2 SSD 2. Capture Logs ① Install the app, connect your USB drive (or ensure SSD is installed), then open Realtek Debug from your Apps menu. ② In the app: Check the LOG path at the top (should show your USB/SSD) Tap Start All → Press Home/Back to run in background Reproduce the issue you’re experiencing Important: Do NOT remove the USB/SSD during logging! ③ After reproducing the issue: Reopen Realtek Debug → Tap Stop All 3. Share Logs Go to your USB/SSD’s root folder → Open rtk_dump Compress the log folder (named YYYY/MM/DD) Send the zip file to me, I will forward to our developer for investigation once I receive.
I’m having problems again with Qobuz Connect after updating my iPhone to 18.6 I think it is. Ocasssionally tracks will skip 10-20 seconds into a song.
Yeah I’ve been listening for an hour or so and two to three tracks jumped 10-30 seconds I’ll say into the next track. It is unacceptable. Everything was working great until I updated the iPhone . it will be hard to send a video as I have no idea when it will happen.
Ooops... this is not fair. Then it is definitely YOUR PHONE at fault. See what the guys have to say at Apple aftersales...
