Firmware-Update V 1.4.70—80#(beta)

That's strange Frank as after updating to v1.4.80 there was a button called Room Correction created and it was just a matter of clicking on this to start the process.
Are you using the old gui or the latest one? It might be clearer on the new gui?
Try switching if you are and see if it is then visible ...

Oh George,

I found it. I refreshed the GUI after a reboot of the DMP and then I saw the button 'correction' not 'room correction'.
I was blind .

That's great Frank glad you found it ... was doing it from memory and not from the App - so "Correction" sounds right.
Make sure your phone is in portrait orientation so that the Room Correction can pick up your phones internal microphone - that is unless your using an external mic.

 

I think I will get a proper microphone.

Will try with my brand new UMIK-1 when back from my 3-weeks holiday.

 

I ask this about OTA, because when the first ones started coming out what almost a month ago, they never were showing up to update.......I also read others were not getting any update notice via OTA.

I guess I'll just wait this thing out as usual.....Thanks

 

I don't know why but it works again as usual.
