yes I can see it and when I tap it the screensaver starts

 

I have now updated, everything works very well and the problem with the sound from v.1.4.32 has been solved.

 

Then when the time comes, it doesn't show up normally?

Exactly, I set it to 2 hours and when the time comes it doesn't appear

 

What does the screen saver show? A clock?
You can set it to 5 minutes to test it.

What does normal mean? At 5 minutes, yes, it appeared, but at 2 or 3 hours, it doesn't appear. Perhaps changing it to 5 minutes had an effect on the other times. I'll test it today or tomorrow at the latest.

To be honest, I've never used playlists with my DMP-A6 - I've just played tracks using the Music Library.
Up until recently, the playback screen always opened when playback from the Music Library started.
As a test, I have now created a couple of playlists.
The first playlist is all the songs (nearly 3,000) from my Music Library - the playback screen does not open when the playlist starts.
The second playlist is much smaller (50 tracks) - in this scenario, the playback screen does automatically open when the playlist starts.
Do you have any thoughts what the problem might be with the playback screen not opening, when playing tracks from the Music Library or large playlists.
Please note I have now updated to v1.4.76.

...is there a way to activate the screensave only when the device is NOT playing? I don´t like it when screensaver goes on during playback.

The v1.4.76 firmware seems to have fixed the bug of exiting back from cast/screen to control app caused issues involving app crashes. Also the new updated CD Play and Ripper screens are excellent. However the long standing issue of missing Artist name on either of these screens is still there after nearly 2 years of the DMP-A6 development !

 

Firmware 1.4.7.6 with my dmp-A6 apple music (not the sideloaded one) not working and icon still missing for qobuz connect.
