Nice to see these new models coming, all interesting options in their own class. I'm particularly interested in knowing how the T8 and Z10 combo will be positioned price wise and how they will compare to the integrated A8 solution.

I'm a bit upset by the fact that the new Play model is provided with the mic assisted room correction feature but the supposedly superior A6 model is not (yet?).

So the DAC-Z10 is NOT multi-channel?

    About the newly introduced play:

“Crucially, by natively supporting streaming protocols like ROON Ready and TIDAL Connect, it enables direct music streaming to the decoding unit, delivering optimal sound quality and ultimate listening experience.”

I strongly suspect that the play will also have Qobuz Connect, but that this will be advertised after the official introduction of Qobuz Connect in Munich on May 15.

No. It is a stereo DAC. Otherwise it would have made a lot of rumor...

It does. It’s just not sold with the A6 but it’s available for purchase in the under 20$ range. It absolutely should come with but some people don’t want/need them.
I got one from Amazon and one from Ali express. One got here in 4 days and one in 4 weeks.

Anyone else, who prefers the design of the A6 and A8 over this new one? Rounded design on the Eversolo "Play" or the glossy plastic front on the T8. IMO A6 and A8 look much better and valuable. What do you think?

    S

That's the problem with these damn shortcuts:

    RC

Room Correction, Remote Control, Radio controlled, Red Cross, Roman Catholic, Receiver Clock, Radio Cassette (that would be nice in A6 :D:D:D) and so on...

I think you probably find that it's a glass screen on the T8, not plastic. Just guessing here, but the T8, it wouldn't surprise if it is actually more expensive than the A6 Gen 2 or A8.
the same of icons on the new Eversolo app update fit with the curves and shape of the play. If it had been the same-looking software, it would look off.

Thanks! Not awesome, but I can live with it. Hoping for a confirmation on price rumors, too. I wish they’d publish the info on their site now that it’s broken cover!
