Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Basically, every 2–3 days I have to log in again using my Apple account username and password. That’s really frustrating. I don’t have this problem with other streaming services like tidal or Spotify.
Same issue, but I have not been able to complete the process at all. Getting the same message on my Eversolo play. My internet is good, no idea what is causing this.
Exactly the same alert. And at last, authorization process itself can't be completed since a couple days ago.
Just took ownership of an DMP-A6 (in Japan) and can't complete login/authorization on the built in Apple music app or sideloaded one. Multiple times reset accounts, deleted app/downloaded app again, on wifi, on wired, on hotspot connection to my phone, on VPN to the US, etc... no other app has issues at all - just Apple login/authorization.
Just to add: while Apple Music authentication keeps failing on my DMP-A6 (Master Edition), Qobuz works perfectly without any issues. Doesn't this confirm the problem is specific to Apple's authentication, not Eversolo's network connectivity or streaming capability in general?
Yes! Suddenly it works perfect as before. What happened? For this while no updates on Eversolo side. Apple secretly fixed something? Anyway thank you for the report, gigapoc!
As always, when streaming services were working yesterday, and not today, without any update, please, be educated enough to understand that in the 99.9% of such cases, the problem is on the streaming-platform side. This will also help stop polluting threads with uncountable posts like: - (now) tidal is not working today - (two hours later) nevermind, it seems to be all ok now... keeping things simple is easier, and helps whoever gathers information, not to be ought to go through tens of silly message-couples as above... we can do it, I am confident.
This doesn't help. I am just saying it begins to be annoying to read all the same, just because nobody is actually taking a minute to see what it could be. Then, if you want to keep doing this, feel free.
Well, it is a bit ironic to read that statement from someone who has racked up over 4,000 posts and feels compelled to comment on every single thread - regardless of whether you actually have anything meaningful to contribute.
Constructive posts. Not nonsense about Tidal not working now, and then suddenly be back in half an hour. If you didn't get the point, you won't any time soon, so...
