    That's exactly why I was asking to try and use it, before coming to early (wrong?) conclusions.
    1. try it
    2. listen to the results
    3. come back here and cry the hell out if it is not working at all.
    No assumptions. Facts. Facts do help. Assumptions, OTOH, do not.

    Same exact problem here. Has to be something wrong with the microphone.
    I’ll contact my dealer.

    I received a new one (third) and this one works properly. Must be a series with something wrong in them.
