Hi, I have a problem almost from the first firmware release of the Z1000 Pro. When I start a 4K (mkv) or a full UHD movie, zidoo starts but it fails to send the video information and I end up with blank screen. Sometimes when I pause the movie for a min, it works and the EDID the system switches to 4K. Sometimes, I play and pause for several min and than it switches. I'm clueless what to do. I have other 4K sources like Oppo 203 or Andorid streamer and it works like charm. The zidoo is connected to Marantz SR2012. The Marantz is connected to JVC 7500 projector . Settings: Playback/Automatic frame rate/Frame rate mode: Switch frame rate and resolution Display/HDMI Mode: Auto (3840x2160p 60Hz) Any suggestions until Zidoo will finally fix it ?
