    Hi there,
I'm quite new to Zidoo, I have a Z30 Pro and I love it.
I have looked thoroughly the forum but have not been able to find anything about my behaviour. Please refer me to a similar case thread if it exist.

    My case:
I have tried all the posible combinations: source own score, IMDB, .nfo file, no .nfo, deleting the source, rescan with some other settings, deleting cache, etc... you name it, I tried it.
1.- With IMDB rating, Film rating OK, TV Shows NO rating.
2.- TMDB rating, Film rating OK, TV Show rating -> WRONG rating in 80% of the TV Shows. Ratings are alway below the rating of TMDB.

    So my question:
Is this a know behaviour? Bug o whatever? If so, is this something that is being investigated?
Where does Zidoo take those scores from?
If not, can someone provide me a setup to scan the TV Shows properly?

    THANK YOU!!

PS: these are some examples of TV Shows with wrong low ratings: American Primeval, The Last of Us, Mobland, The Pitt, Your Honor... If you want a full list I can build it but it's more than 100 shows.

I'm guessing either no-one's ever noticed this, or it's behaviour new to HT.

Personally I don't know because I don't use TV series (except for testing) which is why I haven't answered previously.

So I just loaded a dummy library with Season 1 of Mobland in it and yep, I have no idea where that 6.4 comes from when the TMDB rating is 8.4 (84%) and, as you say the value in an exported nfo is also 8.4. So obviously it's pulling in the values from TMDB correctly, just not showing the correct value on screen. And the episodes' ratings are correct.

Also, ratings don't show in the player UI, and again, I don't know if this is new or not because, as I say, I don't use TV Series.

I'll pass this onto the devs.

    Thank you very much Mark.

At least now I know that the wrong behaviour doesn't come from my side.

Just to add some more information in case it can help:
    - This was happening to me with the original HT version included in firmware v1.2.40 so I upgraded to HT beta v5.0.58 and it keeps happening.
    - Ratings for episodes are not shown on the player UI (TV) but I can see them in the web interface and those are correct!!! But still, the overall rating of the serie is below.

    Thanks again.
    Best regards.

Yeah - it's got me curious to know exactly where that number comes from!

It'll be in the next bug report...

    Hi Mark,

I just installed HT5 v5.0.65 Beta Version, which I assume does not address the TV rating issue that we are discussing here (tried with a couple of series and no change to the wrong rating).

Can I ask you what are the plans of this being addressed? Not sure if you know about it.

    Thank you.

Just a recall: This unfixed issue is really annoying for those frequent users of TV shows.

I'd like to see a filter for classifications, so that I can select shows suitable for under 10 year olds, under 18 year olds, or anyone. (Or some similar mechanism for "little kids", teenagers and grown ups)

The predefined "Children" category is useless as it shows everything, including MA15+ titles. It's effectively the same as "All".

Also it would be nice if when scraping using TVMaze it included the episodes director. It's there on TVMaze.
