Are all updates now only OTA? I ran an update tonight and it installed 1.4.76. Update in Apps says it's up to date. Is there a link for manual download? Website shows 1.4.01 as the most recent version
I hear what your saying, have a buddy of mine, that’s logs on to the following, but I must be 100% honest or I would not reply back to you my old buddy usually takes care of things in this nature, but I have seen him in use of the following site, ( McBluna.net ) Again I have no clue, there are quite a few guys on this forum that would be excellent in nature as the question< Best of luck to you, the OTA Idk, still works ok for me , just offered me the opportunity To download the new update, OTA, I Was just checking it is showing it’s there On my A8, naturally I said no do not install, Sorry, I can’t be a further assistance You’ll get it straightened out, I keep getting alerts popping up and I just keep clicking on Whatever shows and this one I’d led me to you,, Your guess is as good as mine again best of luck
OTA automatic updates are rolled out region by region. The server may not have done the rounds in your area yet. My latest OTA update was v1.4.82 which appears to be stable. I've read some members have reported issues with v1.5.05 so probably best to avoid a manual update to that version. If you want to update to v1.4.82 manually go to EverSolo DMP-A6 Firmware Download – McBluna.net Scroll down the page until you see the update for v1.4.76 to v1.4.82. Click on the link to download it and save it to a USB stick. IMPORTANT: Leave the file as is- DON"T TRY TO EXTRACT IT as the DMP-A6 does this automatically. Plug your USB stick with the downloaded firmware into the USB port on the back of your DMP-A6 and attempt the usual update process except this time select update from USB. Follow the on-screen prompts and wait until it finishes. Easy peazy lemon squeezy.
