Greetings Eversolo Gurus - I use my A6 for stored digitized music, not streaming. All of the music is loaded on an SSD installed on the unit. Has anyone figured out how to add tracks to a playlist? I can add or delete a "playlist" - but can't figure out how to add songs to it. Ideally there'd be an easy way to do this - maybe from a Windows PC rather than the tiny GUI on the DMP-A6. For "double bonus points" - I'd love to be able to modify my existing m3u playlists (that I use on Android or Media Monkey (Windows)) - and copy them to the A6 so that they'd work there. Anyone gotten into this end of the A6? Or are you mostly streamers out there? Thanks in advance!
In the Eversolo Control app click the three dots. Either to add a whole album or individual tracks. Adding m3u is not yet possible, I believe.
Wow, thanks for your reply! Hmmm, mine looks different and doesn't have the same menu. It probably has something to do with my working from the SSD - but why should that matter? (Aren't they still files - even if they're in the "tracks" or "albums" section? In my case I'm pointing to an SSD folder. Here's what my screen looks like (no 3 dots). I must admit that I'm new with this device - so I'm not even sure how to move the files to the area you specify. I do notice that the internal storage space is only 4GB -(no way my music would fit). Anyway - here is mine - and thanks for responding!
The clouds lifted I'm seeing the "heart" now - on both iPad and Android. Thank you Bergholdt, awesome help! Just curious - have you ever tried importing m3u playlists to the Eversolo? Even if it involves editing for its file format, I'd really rather do that than rebuild all my playlists if possible. either way, thanks for your responses. Much less frustration now!
I don’t have m3u files and mostly I now just use roon. I think, I saw Eversolo mentioning in a comment that m3u would be possible in future. So maybe it will come.
