I really would like the blue led vu meters/indicator with peak limiter as you had in the 80’s on all the expensive stereo equipment. That would be really amazing over the full length of the Eversolo a6 from left to right! I heard a lot of people wanting this feature and me included so I thought let’s ask
I really like the up and down ones that show the entire frequency range, with at least 7 bars, but more is better. Doesn't have to be stereo either. That wide 6" screen would look awesome if it was full width of ¼" wide bars bouncing up and down.
Zidoo is already working on spectrum analyser for quite a while now, you might get it as soon as the next firmware update.
As a newbie on this forum I fully agree with the wishes Les Arus, theowad and also Garonne posted on this page. This would greatly improve the fun of going through multiple artists and folders on this very nice machine. Also to automatically inactivate the running screensaver when going to another artist or folder in the tablet; one has to stand up and touch the SS on the A6….
Re-thinking screen saver, I'd like an option that turns screen off when music stops after say 1 minute, back on when it resumes. Don't want to dictate that as a solution, just an additional option.
It will be nice to have option "don't split multiple disc album" or similar, so multiple disc albums will be shown as one disc. Thank you.
If you mean to exit screen saver mode, one can do it on the phone. Hit the info/VU icon on the app and it will exit. No need to go to the front panel.
Would love to have a feature to 'Add to Que' for Quobuz (or my NAS selections). This would allow for stacking selections/extended listening without continually selecting another option after previous selection finishes.
100% agree. If tracks have the same album title etc in the metadata, and are appropriately tagged with ‘disc’ values (‘1 of 2’, ‘2 of 2’ etc) then they should appear as a single title with multiple discs, rather than as separate albums.
While we’re on the subject of content sorting, articles at the start of artist names (a, an and the) should be skipped for alphabetical listing purposes. So for example, The Cure should appear under C not T, and A Winged Victory For The Sullen should appear under W rather than under A. This convention is long established in the English language, and it’s what every decent streaming app and record store does.
