disable "Action bar" at bottom of screen

    Not sure if thats what you call it, but it is very intrusive on the X7, every time I move the mouse anywhere near the bottom of the screen it pops up and disturbs what I'm doing.

    Is there any way to turn it off??

    I prefer to have the behavior of what every other Android box does, mouse click at the bottom edge and drag task/action bar up. While we are here, the bar is missing the power off icon

    thanks Bob - I would also be happy with the option Ayokoya mentioned above, where you have to click on and drag it up.
