alexba74, try googling Mediainfo, download it, install it on your PC, and use it on your file to obtain all the info needed by bob to identify how is coded your video and give you an answer.

It says right there in the title. It has YUV 4:2:2 chroma subsampling. It has version 2 HEVC main 10 4:2:2 profile. It cannot be hardware decoded. You will need an Intel/AMD CPU for decoding these type of videos.
The video encoding format is not supported by X9S/X8/X10. No Android device can properly play videos in this format. You may be able to play it if you disable hardware acceleration, but the playback is going to be pretty bad.
HEVC (H.265) is a hit and miss on android, stick with AVC( H.264 ), mkv container videos and you should be able to play almost anything,
Sorry ,but i see in X9S specs that this codec should be decoded Video decode HDR, 10-bit HEVC/H.265 up to 4K @ 60fps, VP9 up to 4K @ 60 fps, H.264 up to 4K @ 24 fps, automatic frame rate switching-its from product specs
There are meany levels of hevc, see here https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_Efficiency_Video_Coding_tiers_and_levels ,box may be able to decode up to level 4 I think. Definelty not lvl 5 high. And that's only part of the story
So may be is better to explain it to customers before they buy this product and think that this box can play all videos
Ok,so it's a little complicated now for me,now I need to find mediainfo of file before I download them
most files will gave a NFO , open that with text editor and see whats up, or will have in title "avc or H.264" : Pirates.of.the.Caribbean.Dead.Men.Tell.No.Tales.2017.1080p.BluRay.REMUX.AVC.DTS-HD.MA.7.1 , AVC is for video, DTS is the audio.
