Can't Login to google Play store

    I have setup Zindoo x9 with my google account but, when go start the google Play store, I get an google page with Error Retry button in the middle. Not sure whats going on I have setup google acount on the box still can't connect to google store.

    I got the same problem with 1.0.3.1 firmware. I even delete the account and re-enter the account, the same thing, with either wired or wireless connection.

    do you also have problem in browsing GOOGLE.COM? i don't have this error in my google account.

    I can browse fine to google.com. but on the setup page my Google account is in red, when I click on it, it refresh my account and status color changes to green, but if I logout of the screen and go back in setup page, my Google account status is red again. No sure if this has anything to with it. I need this feature to work so I can download apps from google.

    Today, I can access Google Play Store. Not sure what happened though. I did power-off and unplug the box before Today power up.

    Now I can access google store finally. I had to restore the box. I belive this box is shipped with corrupt google apps or apps got corrupted when firmware was updated. After restoring the box apps were updated.

    I have some problem, I can login to my account on Google Play Store, but then I don't see anything else, it so slow, it can not loading Google play store. While I can login and downloading normaly on other android box, no problem with them, only Zidoo X9 have this problem. I was try to reset factory, no change, reflash firmware, no change, it still have this problem. I'm using firmware version 1.0.3.1. Try to restart more times but no change

    I think problem from Wifi of X9, it is show full signal but when I watching youtube or movie online, it's loading so slow, very slow and I can not watching anything. I was test on other model of android box, it's ok, only problem with Zidoo X9, why not?

    Hi,deadlock,Googleplay sometimes unstable because googleplay store and googleplay service is not the latest version of the reason, but we has been updated to the latest in v1.0.3.2 version, you mentioned the wifi problem on our side test is less than the phenomenon.

    Hi, thank for your answer, can you let me know when you will release v1.0.3.2 version? It'll auto update via OTA or not? I'm very angry when login to Google Play and it still loading and loading, very slowly
