Bug: Gapless playback not working on E-AC3 Atmos music (Z9X Pro)

When playing Dolby Digital+ (E-AC3) Atmos files, there is a pop at the start and end of the file, which 1. is annoying and 2. causes you to miss the start of the file. Even worse, when playing an album of these files, the player switches back to Stereo LPCM between every track, so it happens every single time, completely breaking gapless playback. This makes the player effectively useless for music listening.

Z9X Pro, updated to latest firmware today.

 

gapless playback does not work on multichannel. But there is a work arround. You can use ZDMC 20.1 for playing back gapless on multichannel. Use crossfade. It is the best option. So if ZDMC can playback multichannel Zidoo has to fix this for there musicplayer 7
