My first days with my brandnew T8 were a bit spoiled.

After collecting the first 80 tracks (all local flacs and sacd ISO tracks from nvme) in a new device playlist i was re-ordering a couple tracks (with Android app on my s23 ultra). After closing and opening the list, i was shocked to see there were only 20 tracks left.

Made another new playlist and collected 69 tracks again. I thought lets make a back-up of this new list.. So i did and tried to import the exported backup but without any luck.
There was a playlist created with 69 tracks but it seemed to be empty (see screenshot)! Wtf.

Gladly i could make a new device playlist of my history queue though, but don't dare to touch it again.
So imports of playlists do not work.. My advice will be: dont spend too much time making a device playlist because they can dissappear!

PS. Indexing and coverart seems to be a problem too. But the sound is great :)

Android app: Eversolo Control version: 1.15.11
    T8: Soft Version v1.5.25

This is strange. I’ll play around with it more, but last night I made a mixed playlist with 30 tracks. It included several songs from my personal collection on the NVMe drive, a multitude of high-res songs from Qobuz, and several songs from Apple Music (which is limited to CD quality for device playlists) and it all works fine. I just went in and even tested reordering it with no issues.

I only used local SACD tracks and local flacs. Maybe the SACD ISO tracks are causing this issue here.? Hmm

There is also definately something weird syncing going on when using the Android app together with device playlists. Sometimes when opening a track on the phone the t8 player shows a diffent track. Even after closing the app on the Phone (stop app from Apps list) and opening again.

(Reordering tracks within device playlists with de T8 touchscreen does seem to work more stable)

I have a mix of Android and Apple stuff. I admit that the one time I used the Eversolo Control app on my Lenovo (Android-based) tablet, the user experience didn't seem as stable as when I use the iPhone or iPad apps. I don't have an Android phone to test with, although I do have an Android-based DAP that I could test with but...seems moot point if it works fine on my iDevices.

The fact it works better for me on iOS and for you on the touchscreen seems to point to the Android app being the potential culprit.
