Blu-Ray menu issue

Hi, all new versions Star trek 4K, (I, II, III, IV), don't work with blu-ray menu, start Paramount logo, OK, next one black screen with one white bar in the midle of the screen, nothing more.

 

Known issue. These have multinational menus.

 

It's the selection overlay on what should be a static image showing the language selections. Happens on some Paramount discs but not all.

It defaults to the native language of the disc so if you press <ok> the disc will start in that language.

Bizarrely (from a programming respect), sometimes if you wait, the background image will appear.

 

I've just checked I and II and the release I've got work on Z9X, Z9S and X9S.

 

with the white bar on the midle of screen, I press ok and it works.
