my x9s with firmware 1.4.16 got a compatible problem with my sony TV(x850e). The problem is that the android box would not power on with tv when hdmi cec function is set up and 'auto power on from TV' is enabled from advanced setting. The box will auto power off, but cannot wake up by TV and stop sony brivia sync to find other CEC devices like ps4 and manrantz AV receiver when the tv restarted. I both tried connect x9s through the AV receiver or directly to the TV itself. Neither lucky. If I keep the box running , all CEC functions would be fine both TV and box sides. any suggetion? and there is a separately 'menu button' on the remote controller of the TV which claims support android device and APP. Unfortunately it is not supported by the x9s. May you consider to support it? Many thanks.
Thx for the reply. I've no idea about the sleep thing. I turned on the auto power off in cec settings. And when I poweroff the TV, the box's screen goes black out and the led light turns red. I assumed it means shutdown?
