hello! some apps do not start because they see the root! Why?

because they are made not to work on rooted phones. Probably they are scared you will " hack " them.

 

i've installed the update 1.2.6 without making the root

 

did you make it on past versions ?

 

no .. it was version 1.2.3 and I upgraded to 1.2.6

 

get a root detection app from playstore. see if you actually have root.

 

I downloaded root checker .. result:
Sorry! Root access is not properly installed on this device

 

right. what app are you trying to run ?

 

I start the premium play. Appears as if a written reveals the root ... sorry for my english .. I'm Italian!

don't think you can do something, those premium apps have more checkings then they should have, they detect roon when its not actually there.

X9S is not rooted, but appears as rooted to some app

Se leggi in giro anche in questo forum, le app come Premium Play e quelle di Sky hanno lo stesso problema.
Sembra che i dispositivi di Zidoo, anche se il root non è presente, appaiono come se ci fosse.
E' un po' che chiedo qualcosa che renda i dispositivi Zidoo perfettamente "unroot", ma non ho avuto (ancora) risposte positive.

 

It appears zidoo installed supersu on the device then blocked it. that's why the device cannot download them from the playstore. if you search the directory you will see the folder installed but you can't install the apk

 

Ho notato Che'Nelle Informazioni del Dispositivo, Nella sezione kernel VI e Una scritta "root" ... Agendo sul kernel si potrebbe Cambiare Qualche impostazione per rendere "Unroot"

My reply (in english): I'll check the string, anyway there is not such settings to "unroot" the device.
If what Burick graham reported is the reason, we hope that Zidoo will build a orthodox way to "root" and "unroot" its android devices.
I own a X6 Pro, root is available and fine, but unroot, even possible, is incomplete, so somehow many "choosy" app detect a sort of root and don't run correctly or at all.
I'm not an hammer like some other Zidoo forum users, but in this case I must insist to ask a fine and complete root/unroot procedure.

If i remember right, there was one instance when installing HDMI deception actualy made the app run ( and the error was root detection ) , you can do a test tho
