Aggregated list of bugs in HT5 v4.3.52 (All SOCs)

My labels don’t stick either. I tediously went through 850+ movies one at a time, went to info, and refreshed to get them all right. Then when I watch a title, the “FHD” banner will disappear and I have to do the same thing again. It’s maddening haha

1. We didn't replicate this issue, please kindly confirm the movies under the label "Adventure". If there is any additional info, please feel free to contact me.
2. Please check this option: Details dynamic background, and toggle it off.
If you cannot find this option: tap the right button once, then tap the down button 16 times. (via remote control)

 

System keep crashing when I watch movies.

The Details Dynamic Background is turned off.
The genre 'Adventure' has movies associated with it as does all the other genres.
I have a Z9s running with the 2.3.88 firmware with RTD1296_v4.3.52.APK

I have recorded 2 short videos showing the issues but i cannot upload them to the forum (blocked)

One error I found is that with series, the episode lengths are always the same. If I refresh them manually for each episode, it works fine. But from the moment I watch an episode, the durations all erroneously return to the same length. Usually, they're the same as the episode I've watched.

Not on the UHD3000

 

Try to remove and add again the shared folder in zidoo and PC, now work for me. Some TV Series, don't show the directors of the chapter (Hacks, Your Friends & Neighbors, The Narrow Road for The Deep North).

 

I have the Zidoo uhd 8000 and theeversolo dmp A6 2nd gen master. Both awesome. I had the same issue. I have 15000 movies over 80tb and all the meta data gone….i was horrified. Then I updated the beta software on the Zidoo and back better than before and I would say not as many missing artwork as before so a real result.

I don’t have any 3D movies. What I mean is that the “FHD” label for 1080p HD content does not stick. If I refresh the info it fixes it, but after I watch something and over time the FHD label just goes away

 

Ok. See below. Most screens are the error examples: both Avatars, Man of steel, Independence Day: Resurgence, Peanuts Movie, Gravity. You can also see that if I use the 3D filter, the affected movies are not listed in the wall. Only not affected are listed.
And there are also the positive examples: Cars, The Martian.
I could not figure out why it works for some movies... but for some doesn't.
