I'm using 4.3.40 and for the busy part an looking all the upgrades.

One thing, all the DVD get "blu ray" badges and typically a DVD iso gets "blu ray and ISO" and that's your lot

 

Yes. This is pretty annoying. Anyone know why this happens?

 

4.3.40 did strange things with the path to the movie in the detail pages, and with labels that disappeared when a movie was watched.
With 4.3.52 that was fixed on my box.

 

It is not working for me. Could you please try to get the info for:
The x-files (all the seasons)
Ancient aliens (all the seasons)

Please let me know if it worked or not.

On my Z9S I updated Poster Wall to V4.3.52 and everything worked fine, even the trailers. But since today, when I try to play a trailer I always get the message "the current video cannot be played".
Do you know why?

IME, relying on an online streaming source for your trailers (such as YouTube or ?) is folly.. It is anything but consistent and the quality can be poor... I too used to rely on the online downloading of trailers and several years ago, I gave up and added my own high quality trailers to my movie folders.. much, much better!

 

Is anyone else having an issue with collections? A small percentage (<5%) of TV series/film collections are displaying titles individually on the poster wall, i.e. not in the collection they are suppose to be in. I've tried re-matching, removing from collection and re-adding, but am having no luck.

 

Yes I have the same issue. I reported it and I have been ignored. Nobody replied to my post till now.

 

What I have found seems to work for me, first remove from collection then starting with season 1 add to “new collection” the top selection. Zidoo offers a name. Then add season 2 etc to this collection. Doesn’t happen often but recently I had to do this for The White Lotus when season 2 remained aloof!

 

I found that you can have all films removed from a collection but the collection doesn't disband and so the issue continues. As a workaround search for the collection and disband it from the search results screen. You can then re-add or recreate the collection as needed and it displays correctly.

@Markswift2003 - I am sure that this bug has been reported somewhere, but I give few more details to it.
The durations of all episodes are wrong.
The first episode duration is copied to at all episodes.
Manual updating the media info is correcting the episodes durations but only at the first glance. Since it's not effectively saved in the database.
Reload of the posterwall or reboot of Z9X Pro and all episodes durations are again wrong.

Apologies if these bugs have been mentioned before.

1/ Filtering does NOT work when filtering Genres (it wont show any results) - however the other variables are working OK

2/ On HT4 when you created a Collection you could select a backdrop only for the Collection - and then when you clicked on a movie you would see that particular movie's backdrop.
Now what happens is that it doesn't display the Collection backdrop and it will display the highlighted movie's backdrop instead.
Maybe this is how HT5 works but i think its a bug (or an omission).

It is not music files that i am talking about but Home Theater 5 Movie Poster Wall.
This bug has been mentioned by other users (after installing APK 4.3.52 update)

2/ Collection Backdrop not working

Prior to the APK update you could select a unique backdrop for movie Collections - this no longer works instead it displays the movie backdrop of whatever movie has been highlighted.

No sure why some 3D SBS or 3D TAB movies all are having the 3D label correctly displayed at the movie details page... But if I go back to the poster wall the label in the right top corner of a poster is not correct and is displaying FHD instead of 3D.
It happens for few movies I have while most of them are OK. It is also impacting the movie filters... Those movies that don't have 3D label at the poster right corner are not considered as 3D so not listed at the wall with that filter... even if I enter the movie details page and there is a correct 3D label inside.
Updating media info does not help!
What to do? Where is the problem?
