Today I got new firmware, from network, 1.2.50 but after installlation the machine doesn't work anymore. There is a word 'eversolo' looping on the screen and the light on the volume knob id looping too. I tried ti reset the machine without success. thanks for help

If you keep the reset pin (at the back via hole) pressed during power on you will get into the recovery menu. This is very nasty and scaring. Power cut during update?
No power cut during update , i started the update and after some minutes the screen switched to 'eversolo word' looping (on and afterr second on and so on)
I tried swiotching off using the power switch in the back and after switch on all the light are off, as soon as i pushed the reset (via hole) the error appear without any possibility to swith off using the volume knob.

This situation is good reason for providing a software tool and full image for device re-flashing. OTA updates are OK if the Android system is in good condition, but sometime full image re-flash is needed. For example Amlogic-based Android tvboxes have a Windows application available for consumers, I expect similar software exists for Rockchip-based Eversolo. Another benefit would be providing possibility to downgrade firmware to a lower version.
