hi zidoo team.

i need to fix some problems plz,
1. when i play .dts,.wav(dts). audio only bitstream file its play faster some times music app crash.
2..aac 5.1 i couldn't get 5.1 audio only stereo.

plz support A5s.
i owned zidoo boxes.
x6 pro now no get any updates 1 box
X5 totally no updates 1 box
X9s get updates. 1 box
A5s no discussion topic 5 boxes( for my friends).
i trust zidoo hope they do good.

Why not separate branches Zidoo A5/A5s? This model failed? not worth buying? I need stereo decoding (PCM) Dolby Digital(ac3) and DTS. Zidoo A5/A5s can do it?

Under android. Don't know for sure. But for pure kodi I'd said libreeelc is the way to go.

 

You can clarify? I heard that Amlogic SoC can PCM Dolby Digital only in KODI(ZDMC).

I received an advertisement for Zidoo X7. Maybe it will be better?

 

hard to tell how x7 will be, rockchip is not a kodi friendly SOC, they did f**k up in the past.

amlogic can bot libreelec from sdcard https://libreelec.tv/ , thats light minimal OS with pure kodi in it. It does only kodi and it does it good

P.S. a5s should also be able to PCM using zidoo media player when booting normaly in android, but i don't have the box, so i can't tell you for sure, for some reason zidoo decided not to make a forum about a5s and also they don't advertise it on the website. Support is only via email. Or you can hit @freeroc with a PM.
