9XS will notboot up

my 9xs will not boot just stays on the first screen with the word ZIDOO and will not change i have tried the pin hole reset with a pin and tried the AV reset with a non metallic pen in the hole i can not get the factory reset on the screen no matter what i do any suggestions?

I don't know what the hec you are talking about Sarco but there is no other X9 unit and this forum is for the X9S since that is the only X9 unit they make.

Allan you are going to have to search around about reflashing firmware from SDCard here in the forums.
I suggest you also make sure to get one of the Official releases and not the latest date beta.

If that doesn't work for you then it is possible that the memory on that unit has gone bad and it might just be a brick.
