Z9s Stuck in " boot " (Please Help me)

    I have the same problem.
    When trying to flash (press the reset button and turn on the power), the box starts with "boot" and immediately goes to "up--".
    Nothing appears on the tv.
    Without pressing the reset, the box powers into "boot" and stays like that for hours.

    You have "ZIDOO_Z9S_N_v1.7.8_201809292102_usb-install.img" loaded and inserted on a suitable USB stick?

    USB2 port? FAT32 formatted? Tried several small sticks?

    Procedure is valid for all models. FW is model specific!

    Try to install the emergency method:

    You have to download the ZIDOO_Z9S_N_v1.7.8_201809292102_usb-install.img software and then unpack it using the 7-zip program for computer
    Then copy 4 files to a USB drive (rescue.emmc.dtb) ,(rescue.root.emmc.cpio.gz_pad.img ), (bluecore.audio), ( emmc.uImage) and place the file install.img also on the usb drive.

    1.You must have all the files from the z9s software.
    2.You have to have 5 files on a USB drive.
    3.Connect usb.
    4.Do not press the reset button.
    5.Connect the power supply.
    6.The installation process should start.
    7.Do not move anything in 10 minu

    Yes I did same this everything and wait about 50 min ...It's nothing ! :(:(

    Try it with usb 2.0 port

    Nothing happen , I should contact factory to send it back for maintenance

    Try using a different USB disk (usb 2.0 fat32)
    If it does not help, contact the factory.

    Hi,
    I'm waiting for a new one. I don't know the firmware yet. Where can I find a list of firmware ( as happens for X9s)?
