Synology DS Video

On my new x9s I installed DS Video from Google playstore.
Starting one of my videos results in
Loading video - for a long time and at the end - unable to play video.
Any ideas why.

Read the comment of DS in store... Very poor app. Lot of user can not play anything...

You’re also not going to get any hardware acceleration with this app. Just connect to your NAS using SMB in the home theatre app.
