Z10 displays HELLO on the front display and Logo on the tv screen

Hi all, I brought Zidoo Z10 2 days back and today it is not working.
It is displaying hello on the front display panel and on TV it's just the logo, which keeps on going and nothing else.
I tried the restore option i.e. by pressing on the left side of the box but it's not helping.
Someone please help.

 

Have you tried turning off rear switch , then on again to reboot ?

I have done tht, and also
disconnecting the main power supply
pressing the restore button on the left side;
but nothing is working

 

You have to install the system from the beginning this way:

Just be careful.

 

one other thing you can try, remove external and internal drives , then turn it on.
I have had a problem with some drives not alllowing boot.
You have formated the drives ?

this worked. thanx a ton.
one more issue i had bcoz of which i guess this whole thing started is,
- im not able to add any account in the settings page. the icon '+ADD ACCOUNT' just doesn't respond. it stays still without any response.
can you plz help me

 

Presume you mean Google account? Google Play Service (++ Play Store) are not installed by default. Install this APK to install them: http://apidl.zidoo.tv/app/GappsInstaller-rtk-7.1_v1.2.1.apk

 

no, not google account, I meant none of the accounts .i.e. That option of adding itself is not showing up

 

If you install a play store,the add account icon will work.
