Proposal BD-J Menu is not working. I bought Zidoo X9S because of BD-J as promised in specifications.

  2. I think once Dune solved this problem, Zidoo will find a way to fix this because I have contacted Dune and they said they will make Bluray Menu fully available for their Dune HD Pro 4K by August 2018.

    Do you confirm that your X9S is connected to the Internet?

    For me on X10, I have always connected to the internet. please find the file as we try to let you know then try to play on current firmware and old firmware (such as 1.4.16) , you'll see the problem that we found.

    just remind you that it's not a new request.

    For the issue about connect to the internet to play BD menu, it's different from this case,

    You have to connect to the internet after you restored factory reset or flash firmware to play general BD menu (this is a confirmation solution because i've test for many time)

    Same problem with menu on X10. Menu work fine last time at 1.5.0 firmaware version. I'm made update gradually to 2.0.34, menu still don't works.
    Reset without internet don't help me.

    Dolby Atmos Demo disk 2015 dowsn't work too. It contains multiple files, so it's hard to navigate without a menu.

    Zidoo team, how long do we have to wait for signal or something that let us know what u think ?

    Will fix it , fixing it ,will never ever fix it ?

  11. Yes @mirror when you going to fix this? atleast let us know whether there will be a fix or not because we are really frustrated. Again i want to remind you that in FW v1.5.0 the menu was working. Without menu it's really very hard to choose the chapters. Please work on this because in Zidoo website it claims that Zidoo X9S can play full Bluray Menu and that's the only speciality of this BOX.

  14. Does the Dolby Atmos Demo Disc works with the older FW? Did you test

    Neither Atmos disk 2014 nor disk 2015 worked on older firmwares.

    Just tested with both of x9s and x10

    The result is the same as @Vageesan Sivananthan said.

    So when you guys gonna fix it again ?

    And i'm not that the new model of 1296 chipset is also have this issue ?
