Stutter after updating firmware

I updated the firmware on my x8 and ever since files played off external hdd go into a slow stutter.

I have only tried 1080p files at the moment the sound is normal however at set intervals the video goes into a slow motion stutter for a few seconds. This happens about every 10 minutes.


Any ideas before I downgrade firmware?

Did you reset your box?

 

How do I reset the X8? Can only fine info on x9s.

In quick settings there is an option to reset to factory, or go into android settings and you will find reset to factory.
