Need some help to check these 2 clips out on Z9X... I am using VS10 to play.

One will judder quite badly during playback, the other one will stop playing after a while.

Anyone got the same symptoms as above after testing?

Is it a problem with my clip? Or something wrong with Z9X?

(I have no problem or errors playing back with VLC Media Player)

    Appreciate any advise or help.

    My settings:
    . Match frame rate
    . Resolution = 1080p 23Hz locked
. HDR: VS10 for all content
    . Firmware v6.4.42G

Nope - both files play perfectly.

I just downloaded them then copied to a network drive and played all the way through without a problem...

Also tested with the settings you posted (on a Z9X).

    Thanks Mark for testing.

I tested with Media Center and it plays properly.

So, somehow it's caused by the JellyFin native client... I guess the way it calls the Z9X player.
    (I am using direct folder).

Must be a bug in the JellyFin native client.

That's odd.. the client just calls the same player so I'd say it's probably something to do with the server rather than the client - maybe a transcoding issue?

I just added the files to my Jellyfin server and they both played perfectly using Andy's Zidoo client too.

Hi Mark, thanks for pointing me to check the server side.

    1. Despite trying different trans-coder settings, the problem remains.
    2. I realized the library was setup with content-type = Music Video.
    3. So I removed the library, and re-added the folder and setup with content-type = Movies, it now plays properly from JellyFin app!!

I seriously have no idea why it behaves this way. Not sure if it is server side bug, or client side bug.

Thanks anyway! My problem is now resolved.
