Trailers not working

I mean on the media enter page there is on the left file manager but when I open that I have zidoo which is the name of my internal hdd, then there is storage which is also on the hdd and sub, nfs etc. so not sure which one to use? I’m completely confused on this one

 

Found it. Plugged in the USB stick and a window came up automatically and asked me if I wanted to install. Unfortunately I think a bit like an 83 year old Mr Spock of Star Trek and prefer to have a detailed map of what I need to do! Anyway it’s working and trailers are appearing. Thanks for your help.

Trailers now work and loading posters in posterwall is now clearly faster.

 

After update fw to v6.3.12_G, Trailers failed again.

maybe change region code ( A, B C) ?

Try all 3 region codes but no luck.

(Prior HT v4.0.69 ,june 10th, works fine with fw v3.6.2 )

 

I downloaded the latest HT4 apk... 4.0.69 and installed on my Z9s... still no trailers will play for me yet? Thoughts?

They worked for some of my movies yesterday but today cant see anything

Like who? The movie studios? That wouldn't seem to make sense, to me anyway....What better way to drum up demand and therefore purchases of your product then with allowing free access to the movie trailers? I would think this is just an unfortunate change to the API for access to the YouTube trailers that Zidoo needs to revise on their devices? Maybe?

 

Like anything of today if someone is accessing something for free a company would like to make money on this especially if they have the rights to it .

will have to wait and see if this gets sorted .

 

Update, trailers not working anymore, and I have not updated to 6.3.12

 

Look like Google force age verify content, Zidoo need research work around for that.
