Home Theater in Zidoo Z10 Pro (firmware 6.1.05_G) crashes

Dear guys,

Recently I started using Home Theater in my Zidoo Z10 Pro (firmware 6.1.05_G): I bought WD 12Tb HDD, wrote 260 movies on it, inserted HDD into Zidoo, created library in Home Theater (sometimes manually to recognize some movies) and had a problem:

Home Theater launches, I enter into Movies, after 1 minute Home Theater exits to its main menu, after 2 minutes Home Theater exits to Zidoo desktop.

I switched off Energy saving for Home Theater, erased its cash and data, restored Library from backup but nothing helped. I did this several times in different options, with HDD and without it. Then I did the same, removed HDD but didn't restore Library: clean Home Theater after 2 minutes exits to its main menu and after 2 minutes - to Zidoo desktop.

Has anyone faced this issue? How to fix it?

 

I would do a factory reset first and if that does not fix it then an emergency restore next.

 

Yes, I also encountered this problem. The current method is to use 6.1.15 firmware without "G", and this bug will no longer occur.

 

Update all Google apps

 

As a colleague wrote above, update the Google chrome apk.
It is Google's error that causes it, I also had it in Zidoo and on the Android phone.
