Hello, and sorry if this question has been answered before,but I haven´t found an answer for the problem I´m having. I just got a Mele F10 deluxe airmouse and can´t get it to work onmy Zidoo x6 pro. I´ve tried it on other devices and it works fine. After I connect the usb receiver on the USB port it won´t show up as a physical keyboard. Has anyone had this problem before or knows how I could fix it? Thanks!
Thanks for your answer! I performed an update and confirmed that I´m running the latest firmware, but It´s still not working. It works on other devices, so I really don´t know what the problem could be.
You can try to switch the USB port, disconnect any external HDD and re-connect the Mele. After that you can re-connect the external HDD (if you have one) You can also goto Android settings and just select and directly de-select the "Connect to PC" option from USB settings.
