Subtitling the movie goes very fast

Subtitling the movie goes very fast before the movie. Why is this happening?
It doesn't happen in all movies.

 

The film was seen with the internal player from the internal hard drive and then from network.

 

I saved the subtitle in a Subrip srt ( with Subtitle edit) format and now the movie display fine subtitle. I think there is a bug.

 

This subtitle is not displayed correctly. Please test this subtitle in the mediaplayer.
