Fixable???

i got my H6 pro a year ago.

Yesterday, it wasn't working to connect to internet both on wifi and ethernet cable, i thought it was a problem with my isp, so i checked my connection and is ok... so i decided to do a network reset on the tv box but didn't work. Then i decided to do a factory reset.

After waiting for over 10 mins on a black screen finally the box came to life, but since then started to reboot by itself every 5 minutes and still not connecting to Internet, recognizes the wifi signals, recognizes the ethernet connection, but not connecting. And rebooting by itself. Always comes back on with january 01 2017 date.

Can it be fixed, or is time to throw it off and switch to a different brand with a decent tech support?

Note: google play services and play store stopped working few weeks ago.. and seems no system update available for this tv box.

 

Try reloading the firmware.

 

I was checking, my version is 1.0.13, i have the online upgrade, but i have never updated and even clicking online update always showed "is up to date".

I have no idea about electronics, Could you please explain how to do it? Especially because my box is rebooting every 5 mins.. and can't connect to internet, so... i have no idea ho to download it or install it.

Finally i got the firmware and updated... everything started to work like normal, but 24 hours later again can't connect to internet... recognizes the wifi network and the ethernet network but does not connect (ethernet and wifi working properly for all other devices) but nothing on the box... about to give up... any suggestions??

 

Try to factory reset.

 

Already tried network reset and factory reset... even after installing the 1.0.39 firmware, but nothing..
