    • Make a backup copy "/system/build.prop" file (eg. using Total Commander and copy file)
    • In "BuildProp Editor" modify properties:
    ro.product.board=manta
    ro.product.brand=google
    ro.product.device=manta
    ro.product.manufacturer=samsung
    ro.product.model=Nexus 10
    ro.product.name=mantaray
    • Restart Zidoo X9
    Now You can play Youtube in 1080p :)

    I've just got the apk file from apkmirror and it worked!!! I am so happy! How this is possible? Shouldn't an Android TV app runs only on specific machines like Nexus Player or Shield TV?

    Ouch!
    I get also illegal authorized with the Nexus 10 setting message on startup.
    Could anyone tell me original values for these settings?

    Replying to myself:
    Don't worry. Program makes automatically a backup before start editing.
    Restarting with no problems!

    The boring thing is that it is showing only one video tile on any screen, and not a row of tiles as it should. Sadly I switched back to tablet version of YouTube. =(

    Use OGYouTube, with it you can play youtube in maximum 4k.

    I've installed the last OGYouTube (v 2.0), but I still can play only at 720p. When I try to change quality is the best resolution choice.
