Reboot your whole streaming chain all the way back to and including the modem. See if things go back to normal afterwards.
While there may in fact be some issues wth the Eversolo firmare or Control App involving Radio Paradise I don't think the issues are all on...
I use RP daily and didn't want to wait so I just copied/pasted and problem resolved without depending on Eversolo's app support.
Just copy and paste the Radio Paradise FLAC URL's into Internet Radio Beta app and it works fine.
What cable are you using between the two and how many hours do you have on the two units actually playing music? I thought my T8 was a bit thin...
With the bulk of the XLR connectors if you get it too short you won't be able to make the bend. I wouldn't go shorter than the standard half...

Did you make sure to turn the Stellar DAC on first and then the T-8? Also you're not swapping out cables while the units are powered up are you?

Qobuz Connect doesn't work for me on either tablet and everything is up to date. and on the same network. The T-8 is not a choice
I am using streamers in my house from three different brands including Eversolo and the only one Qobuz Connect works on without issue is Auralic....
Does it happen with the USB input when using Qobuz from inside the Eversolo app or just with Connect? It appears is having growing pain issues...
