Did any one encounter the issue with HT4.0, that when setting the entire OS language to an RTL language, left and right keys on the remote (or any other 3rd party remote) have flipped behavior in the HT4.0?

Will trailers for home theater 4 be returned in the next firmware?
Currently using firmware 3.90. The most stable of all. IMHO.
I noticed that if I previously watched trailers on YouTube, then these trailers are perfectly reproduced in HT4. Without stops.
I wonder what it has to do with?

In networks lots of equipment e.g. load balancers do caching. So repeated playback may give a different performance for sure.

    Dear @Markswift2003

I think it might be a problem, because I have also such freezes.

When I start playing via Media Center a .mkv file 4K, 1080p, HDR/DV, Atmos, DD+ - it happens on all mentioned. I have no problem with my Network, everything is via Ethernet 1Gbps and when playing via SMB it plays, then after some time it freezes for few minutes (I need to stop movie, but after clicking STOP I need to wait for 30s-60s to back to Media Center folder structure again, then play it again), it freezes again and so on...

No such problem with HDD connected to USB3.0 directly to Z9X.

I have never had such issue with freezing in whole time, when I started to use Z9X (1.5 year or so)... I also have the same router, switches, cables, firmwares as always.

    Sincerely

You should check if HT keeps downloading media info (jpgs etc) in the background (I personally have HT disabled because of that annoying behavior).

With the media center I never faced problems when HT was switched off.....

id still start with proving the ethernet from zidoo to router to PC ? is actually running at full 1 gig rates
easy enuff to have a cat 5 cable plugged in slowing it all down or a faulty port on the router

i even had to get a plug in gigalan network card cos the ethernet port on my pc went slow ie 1 giga running only 100 or less

first thing i always do now if i have stuttering after an update

full power off at back of z9x for 30 secs or so ......that almost always fixes it (started seeing these after patches from like .60ish on )

    next thing
    go to browser on Z9X
search for dsl speed test and run one of those a few times SHOULD be getting close to your max fibre speed ie for me near 300 down

example couple months back i was getting big stutter /lag issues via lan running movies and tv epis over media centre
running the dsl test from z9x showed me i was running only at 100 M speeds instead of 1000 M
same on PC when i ran tests there
turned out id been adding/removing some programs and pc just needed a restart to sort the issue

    edit in
something i just remebered since im moving files atm while jdownloader is running at near high download speeds
with my lan running pretty fast with the d/ls atm my normal 105/110 MB/s data transfers via usb3 is only reaching 10-20 MB/s no where near enuff to run a movie over lan to Z9X without stutters / stops

ie you or maybe someone else is clogging up the network with downloads (a possibility )

with all the work from updates we just never see stutters or microstutters anymore (unless an issue added in latest patch and then the thread is full of posts saying the issues real quick ..and a newer patch will come a week later

Post a MediaInfo file report, might help in identifying the problem.

Since these are downloaded (source and quality unknown?) have you ensured they play fine on a PC using VLC?
They both appear to be 1080p from Blu-ray but are AVC 10bit video and only have mpeg audio, suggesting they are not of a Blu-ray standard.

You could also try using ZDMC (the Kodi player, not the Zidoo player) or an Android player and see if that works (assuming they can play on a PC).

As an experiment you could wrap one of those TS files in a MKV container using mkvtoolnix and check if it will play on the Zidoo. I can't give you a logical explanation why, but it has worked for me in the past with troublesome files.

The problem with these files is they have been ripped from a certain Satellite, you can tell by the 4:2:2 Chroma (and i also know they are recently broadcasted music concerts).
I have had problems with these files over the years, i presume the obvious playback device would be an enigma2 box.

Maybe just maybe TSDoctor might find some transmission errors (you can download the trial version for 30 days and is fully operational - I have an Australian clone of the enigma2 box the BeyonWiz V2 PVR and TS Doctor is the most recommended program for fixing transmission errors and demuxing etc. For SD transmission ProjectX worked really well but is very "long in the tooth" these days.

Dead simple. The SOC doesn't support 10-bit 4:2:2.
